Fiordos de Puyuhuapi Cisnes is a 339-hectar private conservation area protected by Conservation Easement (DRC) located to the north of Lago Cisnes adjacent to Canal Puyuhuapi (Puyuhuapi Channel). This area is known for its distinctive 290 hectares of dense native forests and renewable forests whose species are Canelo (Drimys winteri), Coihue de Chiloé (Nothofagus nitida), Coihue de Magallanes (Nothofagus betuloides) y Mañío de hojas punzantes (Podocarpus nubigenus).
The Conservation Easement has been in effect since May 2021 for a five-year term and is actively monitored by the WE Conserv Foundation.
